Cream cheese frosting recipe.

227g cream cheese (at room temperature)
113g butter (at room temperature)
100g icing sugar
1/2~1 tbsp lemon/ lime juice
1 tsp lemon extract
– In a bowl, use your mixer, beat the butter, cream cheese & lime juice until smooth & creamy.
– Gradually beat in the icing sugar until incorporated. Beat in the lemon extract.
